What about health fund claiming? 

Most common question, Each health fund has their own official stance on accepting mobile massage claims. Some say no, some say yes. That being said I've only come across 1 or 2 clients over the years who have mentioned to me that they weren't able to claim with their heath funds. Ask your provider if you have any concerns on this matter before booking.

​What kind of space do I need ready for my remedial massage appointment?

As long as we can make a space to set up my table its perfectly okay if you have a bit of mess around. I'm not here to judge you, I understand being in chronic pain can easily reduce motivation to clean.

I am curious about your pricing for your treatments?

So I have always tried to make the price as low as I can while being fair and also respecting my years of experience. My only extra cost is travel time. There's no clinical rental fee or other staff that need paying. Its just me. SO I can keep prices low and affordable to most people who need the treatment most. I do have group options so if the prices are still an issue for you. invite some friends around, everybody can get a massage. then the travel fee can be shared between everyone. it is a business but I still want to help. You have 2 hour massage appointments available can you explain that further?

I've regularly found a single hour isn't enough for everyone. Sometimes clients have numerous issues they want solved so having that extra time has been a huge success. It also allows the option of me treating a second person with that extra hour which has lead to it being my most popular treatment option.

Do I need to pay for service in advanced and put my credit card into your system?

No you don't need to. You can easily pay after the treatment with cash, pay ID, direct bank transfer. I have a square system so you can tap your card and pay that way if preferred.

I have young children and pets at the house could that be an issue during my appointment?

I understand that parents life is not easy and it makes schedululing appointments hard, so I am totally fine having your partner or your children in the house. I have no issues with animals as long as they are friendly and okay with me, I have 3 lovely parrots at home but I love dogs and cats also.

Is there a cancellation fee involved if I have to  cancel?

Same day cancellation will be charged at full price, as it will be impossible for me to book any other clients or I am probably already deployed toward your location, with the ihnerent costs

Is pregnancy massage available? 

Yes It is one of the massage that I am specialised, and Women Health is paramount for me.

I've see you're in Rostrevor, how far can you come out for mobile massage treatments?

Anything over 30 minutes of driving is my limit. Unfortunately the time of travel has to be factored into my business, so I tend to service the East Suburbs only spacing from Rostrevor to Norwood and Hope Valley to Tusmore.  For other areas I will have to add a small travel fee, I am always welcoming clients from all areas but please, If unsure enquire if your location is suitable.
